CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs) are systems used by organizations to manage, analyze and track members’, customers’ or users’ data throughout the transaction lifecycle. CRMs are designed to compile information across different channels -- or points of contact between the customers or users and the organization. CRMs can also give customer-facing staff detailed information such as customer personal information, purchase or payment history, and other information related to each transaction by the customer.

I3 eSolutions’ i3CRM will change the way organizations approach customer relationship strategies utilizing advances in technology such as help desk software, mobile apps and social media will affect consumer behavior. i3CRM allows your organization to collect, manage and link information about the customer with the goal of understanding your market and be able to sell you products and services effectively.

The Benefits of i3CRM

The biggest benefit of using i3CRM is having your sales business process and after sales process automated and having all your business data stored and accessed from a single location. Storing all the data from your sales department, customer service department and to your HR department in a central location gives Management and employees immediate access to the most recent and to historical data when they need it. Departments can collaborate with ease, and i3CRM will help your organization develop efficient automated processes and improve your operational efficiency and increase your profits.

i3CRM as a Membership System

One of the many applications of the i3CRM is to provide associations, clubs and other Membership organizations with the functionality they require to provide their services to their members. i3CRM can provide the following functionalities:

  • Storing and editing member information in a database;
  • Creating, renewing, upgrading and downgrading memberships;
  • Communicating with members by email, social media, mobile application or thru a help desk system module;
  • Tracking of members utilization of benefits;
  • Organizing of events or series' of events;
  • Publishing and delivering textual or audio-visual content per member subscription;
  • Facilitating interaction and collaborative file sharing between members; and
  • Automated response to members’ inquiries.

i3CRM can be implemented and customized from small and medium sized organizations with limited resources, to very large and complex organizations of national and international memberships, to association management organizations which manage multiple associations using a single solution.

i3CRM covers a massive range of uses, and has secured and encrypted different membership levels, or access control levels. i3CRM can even allow the admin to specify time limited access which is useful for time sensitive content. The access levels can be structured in a pyramidal form, where each access levels has access to the previous levels, or it can be vertical, where each access level has a standalone section they can access.

i3CRM as a Loyalty and Rewards System

i3 eSolutions’ i3CRM can also empower both the merchants and consumers through a Loyalty and Rewards System. i3CRM offers a comprehensive, secure, and simple interface that allows online payments that can be expanded to merchants, travellers, government agencies, and online consumers. i3CRM also has a customizable and flexible technology for both goods and services and can be applied to anything that requires tracking beyond currency, such as shipping and logistics.

i3CRM can be integrated to loyalty cards, rewards cards, points cards, advantage cards, or club cards with RFID, Barcode or Smartcard technology that identifies the card holder as a member of the loyalty program.

By presenting the loyalty and rewards card, the purchaser shall be entitled to either a discount on the current purchase, or an allotment of points that can be used for future purchases. The merchants use the aggregated data as part of its marketing research for business development plans or product research and development.

Loyalty and Rewards Programs can be viewed as a form of centralized virtual currency, one with unidirectional cash flow, since reward points can be exchanged into a good or service but not back to cash.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

A Content Management System (CMS) is a type of information system built specifically to gather, edit, manage and output information that is critical in the delivery of products and services.

And one of the leading productions of the CMS is the i3CMS Framework of i3 eSolutions, Inc. built specifically for the Philippine setting. It is the surest way to achieve and take full advantage of the concept of a digital office especially for local government offices which uses hundreds of different documents, files and reports in maintaining its commitment of transparency and effectiveness for the Filipino people.

For starters, i3CMS makes your content available to those who need it. And, equally important, it keeps sensitive material out of the hands of those who do not need it. The administrators of your intranet or extranet can stipulate exactly the degree of access that every user is to be allowed. In this way, not only is the storage and distribution of information effected electronically, but so too is the security. Keys and pass cards, like paper, are replaced by rights designations and access privileges.

Additionally, i3CMS makes content widely available. Users from many different provincial offices can access the same commonly used documents, depending on their needs.

No longer must one person wait for another to finish with the file he needs, or waste time and resources photocopying the information she is borrowing from someone else or waiting for it to be delivered to his workplace. And though content is viewable by an unlimited number of users, the i3CMS puts in place safeguards against different users modifying the same content at the same time, so that inconsistencies and redundant work are avoided.

i3CMS also makes data highly searchable. No matter where within the system an item or document is stored, any user with appropriate access can find it, and begin working on it, within moments. This sort of speed is simply unimaginable in a paper-centric office.

The i3CMS is one of the industry leading productions of a CMS. It provides both modularity and flexibility because of its platform.

i3CMS provides four major advantages:

  1. Development time is extremely reduced.
    Since content is in digital format such as computer files, databases, settings, etc. it is much easier to maintain with the use of the current computer technologies. Content which are critical in the development of products and services can be transferred and stored in seconds using the i3CMS system.
  2. Administration panel facilitates centralized management and maintenance.
    i3CMS provides for a portal for the administration of content, such as transfer, retrieval and editing. And through this portal, management of information is centralized and communication is much easier. It is faster administrate and interpret management data.
  3. It is well structured which separates form and function.
    The system is very much easy to use. The use of computer terminals facilitates this and it is the “point and click” type.
  4. Content formatting and delivery is rapid
    i3CMS uses the latest advances in communication technologies such as Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wireless Area Networks (WAN), digital content transfer is rapid in a very large area.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LGUIMS)

The i3 eSolutions’ Local Government Information Management System (LGUIMS) was designed to revolutionize local governance by integrating all departments and linking data and information into a central database. LGUIMS also utilizes the best applicable technology in making the LGUs electronically enabled thereby improving the delivery of public and government services, promoting transparency in government transactions and increasing public access to government information services, among others.

For starters, the LGUIMS makes your content available to those who need it.

Additionally, the LGUIMS makes content widely available. Users from many different provincial offices can access the same commonly used documents, depending on their needs. No longer must one person wait for another to finish with the file he needs, or waste time and resources photocopying the information she is borrowing from someone else or waiting for it to be delivered to his workplace.

Specifically, the LGUIMS can be implemented to:

  • To increase public access to information and services thru assistance in establishing interactive citizens-centric web presence and setting up community kiosks in selected strategic areas;
  • To improve assessment, billing and collection of real property and business taxes;
  • To institutionalize ICT and build technical capability;
  • To improve delivery of public and government services;
  • To improve operational efficiency through technology;
  • To rationalize and reorganize manpower and resources allotment;
  • To exponentially improve time requirement of information retrieval; and
  • To prepare the LGU into being globally competitive.

It also therefore, allows the local chief executive and other interested parties to act accordingly based on the availability of timely, relevant and accurate information.

The Local Government Code of 1991 envisions local government units to be self-reliant and effective partners in the attainment of national development. As such they should have programs, project, activities and services for the growth and the development of their constituents. To do so requires information. Therefore, data information are indispensable in sound decision-making.
